On our way back to the car there was this crazy guy on roller skates who was skating around with a boombox and hoola hoops. The lady in black was going crazy. It was very Santa Monica Pier.

The Pier

In the few months leading up to our departure back east. Ben and I have decided to become tourists in Santa Barbara. Our first stop- Stearns Wharf aka The Pier

A quick stop at the skate board park. Jocelyn could not get enough.

I think we are in trouble when she gets older.

I am getting too pregnant to carry her everywhere so we use the Monkey backpack. She normally loves it but today she pretty much just wanted me.

Living with my brother Jason comes with its share of benefits, yummy cooking, enlightened Baltic polka, and his collection of strange and wonderful treasures.

Needless to say Jocelyn enjoys having him around.

Gio and Zeke came by to visit and joined us in the pool for a little pre-spring pool party. How I will miss those Santa Barbara summer days in winter.
